In the panel
Not a roadmap. These are the controls sitting on your server and domain pages today.
The moment an admin confirms your transfer, provisioning starts and the server appears under Servers in your panel.
Start, stop and restart from the server page. Boot into rescue when something breaks, or reinstall the image clean.
Set a public key, reset the root password, and give the box a display name that means something to you.
Point a name at your server from the domain page. A, AAAA, CNAME, MX and TXT records, plus reverse DNS on the server side.
Every order carries the bank details and a reference. Submit the transfer, and the order moves through the queue.
A server plan and a domain name can sit in the same order and be paid for once, with one reference to quote.
Domain names
Availability is checked live against the registrar. What you see is the Kazspace retail price, with no surprise at checkout.
Extensions
Register and renewal prices are managed in the admin panel, so this list is always the live one.
The flow
Pick a server plan or search for a name. One order can hold both.
Pay from the bank details on the order and include the reference.
After confirmation the server or domain appears in your panel.
Questions
Anything else, write to us and quote your order reference.
By bank transfer. Each order page shows the account details and a reference number. Make the transfer, mark it as submitted, and the order joins the confirmation queue.
Provisioning begins once an admin confirms the payment against the reference. From there the server moves from provisioning to active on its own, and the panel shows which state it is in.
Yes. The cart takes both, and you pay for the whole order with a single transfer and a single reference.
Power actions, rescue mode, a clean reinstall, root password resets, SSH keys, reverse DNS and a display name — all from the server page in your panel.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days. The return and refund policy sets out what qualifies.
Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 — 18:00 (GMT+6). Write to support@kazspace.com and include your order reference so we can find it quickly.
Behind Kazspace
Kazspace is built and run by Deepchain Labs, a registered company in Dhaka. The people who write the panel are the people who answer the mail.

Deepchain Labs
Kazspace is one of three products the studio ships. Separate accounts and separate billing — the same people behind each.
