Return and refund policy
What can be returned or refunded, how to ask for it, and the timeline we work to.
Effective 17 October 2026 · Deepchain Labs · Trade licence TRAD/DNCC/019595/2023
1. What this policy covers
Deepchain Labs supplies digital services — cloud servers and domain names. There is nothing physical to send back, so a “return” here means cancelling a service and, where this policy allows it, refunding what you paid for it.
This policy applies to orders placed on this website and paid through the payment methods we offer, including bank transfer and the online payment methods shown in our footer.
2. Orders not yet provisioned
Nothing is provisioned until your payment is confirmed. If you have paid but the service has not been set up yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Contact us with your order reference before provisioning begins and we will cancel the order and return the full amount.
3. If we cannot deliver
If provisioning fails and we cannot supply the service you ordered — for example the server plan is unavailable, or a domain cannot be registered after payment — you receive a full refund of that item. You do not need to ask; we process it once the order is marked as failed. Where an order contains several items, only the items we could not deliver are refunded.
4. Cloud servers
- Within 72 hours of provisioning: if the server does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you may cancel and request a refund of the current billing period.
- After 72 hours: the current period is not refundable, because the capacity has been allocated and paid to our infrastructure provider for that period.
- Future periods paid in advance: full, unused billing periods are refunded on cancellation. A period already in progress is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Servers suspended or terminated for breach of our terms and conditions are not refundable.
5. Domain names
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are not refundable once submitted to the registry. The registry charges us at the moment of registration and that charge cannot be reversed, which is standard across the industry.
The exception is section 3: if payment is taken and the domain cannot be registered at all, the domain item is refunded in full. Please check the spelling of a domain carefully before ordering, as a registered name cannot be exchanged for a different one.
6. Duplicate and incorrect payments
If you pay twice for the same order, or transfer more than the order total, the surplus is refunded in full. Tell us the order reference and the date of each transfer so we can match them.
7. How to request a refund
- Email support@kazspace.com from the address on your account.
- Include your order reference, shown on the order page in your panel.
- Tell us which item you want refunded and why.
We acknowledge refund requests within two working days and tell you whether the request is approved under this policy. If we need more information to decide, we will ask for it in that reply.
8. How long a refund takes
Once a refund is approved, we process it within 7 to 10 working days. The money is returned to the original payment method — the bank account or card the payment came from. We cannot send a refund to a different account than the one that paid.
After we have sent the refund, your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show it on your statement. That part is outside our control.
9. Questions
If something about this policy is unclear, or you disagree with a decision we have made on a refund, write to support@kazspace.com and we will look at it again. Our contact details and registered address are on the contact page.
