Privacy policy
What we collect, why we need it, who we pass it to, and how long we keep it.
Effective 17 October 2026 · Deepchain Labs · Trade licence TRAD/DNCC/019595/2023
1. Who is responsible for your data
Deepchain Labs, trade licence TRAD/DNCC/019595/2023, of Plot No. 01, Road No. 13 (Garib-E-Nawaz Avenue), 6th Floor, Sector No. 13, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, Bangladesh, decides how and why your personal data is processed when you use this website. You can reach us at support@kazspace.com.
2. What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Domain contact details — name, organisation, email, phone number and postal address. We collect these only when you order a domain, because registries require them.
- Order and payment records — what you ordered, the amount, the order reference and the payment reference you give us. Card and bank credentials are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Service data — the servers and domains on your account, including server names, IP addresses, reverse DNS entries, nameservers and the public SSH keys you upload.
- Technical data — standard server logs created when your browser requests a page.
3. Why we use it
- To create and operate your account and let you sign in.
- To take your order, confirm your payment, and provision the service you bought.
- To register, transfer and renew domain names on your instruction.
- To provide support and answer questions about your orders and services.
- To meet our legal, tax and registry obligations, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs to deliver your order:
- Our infrastructure provider — to create and manage your server. This provider operates facilities in the European Union, so your service data is processed there.
- Our registrar partner — to register, transfer or renew a domain. Registries and registrars require your domain contact details, and parts of them may appear in public WHOIS records depending on the extension and the privacy options the registry offers.
- Payment providers and banks — to accept and reconcile your payment, and to process any refund.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. How we protect it
- Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
- Server credentials we hold on your behalf are encrypted at rest.
- Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it to operate the service.
- Traffic between your browser and this website is encrypted in transit.
No system is perfectly secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account and keep your SSH keys private.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the site to work and is removed when you log out. We also store your light or dark theme choice locally in your browser; that preference stays on your device and is never sent to us. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account, order and payment records for as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards for as long as we must for tax, accounting and registry purposes. Server data is deleted when the server is terminated. Domain registration records remain with the registry for as long as the registry requires.
8. Your choices
- You can view and update your account and domain contact details from your account panel.
- You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete your data where we are not required to keep it.
- You can close your account by contacting us.
Write to support@kazspace.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm your identity first.
9. Children
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
11. Contact
For any privacy question, email support@kazspace.com, or write to us at the registered address on our contact page. Our terms of service are set out in the terms and conditions.
