Terms and conditions

This website is operated by Deepchain Labs, a business registered in Bangladesh under trade licence TRAD/DNCC/019595/2023, issued by Dhaka North City Corporation, with its registered address at Plot No. 01, Road No. 13 (Garib-E-Nawaz Avenue), 6th Floor, Sector No. 13, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, Bangladesh. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Kazspace” mean that business, and “you” means the person or organisation placing an order.

• You must give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping your password and server credentials secret.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
• One person or organisation may not use another party’s identity or payment details to order.

• An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your payment and begin provisioning, not when the order is placed.
• Prices shown on the website are exclusive of any taxes or bank charges that may apply to your payment.
• Payment is made by bank transfer or by the online payment methods shown in our footer. Bank transfers must quote the order reference so we can match the payment to your order.
• We provision your service only after the payment is confirmed. Until then the order sits in your panel as awaiting payment.
• If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price.

• Server plans state their CPU, memory, disk and network port. Capacity is provided on infrastructure in the European Union.
• You are responsible for the operating system, software, data and configuration on your server, and for keeping your own backups. A snapshot allowance, where a plan includes one, is not a backup service.
• Actions you take in your panel — reinstalling, resetting a password, booting rescue mode — take effect immediately. Reinstalling destroys the data on the disk and cannot be undone.
• We may carry out maintenance that briefly interrupts service, and will give notice where it is practical to do so.

• Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and of our registrar partner, in addition to these terms.
• We submit your registration using the contact details you provide. Registries require these to be accurate, and a registration may be suspended if they are not.
• Availability shown during a search is indicative. A name is only yours once the registry confirms the registration.
• Renewals are your responsibility. If a domain expires, recovering it may cost more or may not be possible.

You may not use our services to host, send or distribute:

• material that is unlawful in Bangladesh or in the country where the service is hosted;
• spam, bulk unsolicited email, or phishing content;
• malware, botnet infrastructure, or tooling intended to attack other systems;
• material that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark;
• content that depicts the abuse or exploitation of children.

You also may not use a server in a way that degrades service for other customers, or attempt to bypass the resource limits of your plan.

We may suspend or terminate a service if you breach these terms, if payment is not received, or if we are required to by a registry, our infrastructure provider, or the law. Where circumstances allow, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right. Services ended for breach are not refundable, as set out in our return and refund policy.

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund; what is refundable is covered by the refund policy.

We work to keep services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outages at our infrastructure provider, at a registry, or in the networks between you and your server are outside our direct control.

We are responsible for supplying the service you ordered. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Bangladesh.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms as our services change or as the law requires. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
